DeSBi develops statistically grounded artificial intelligence for biomedical data. Alongside our publications, the research unit maintains a growing collection of research software that combines the modelling flexibility of deep learning with statistical inference, uncertainty quantification, explanation, confounder-aware and causal analysis, and structured modelling. All software developed within DeSBi is released through our GitHub organisation.

Please use the licence and citation instructions of the individual repository. Unless stated otherwise, the original repository remains the canonical development home, and the DeSBi repository provides a provenance-preserving, independently verified research release.

New or previously unlisted software developed within the research unit can be proposed for inclusion through our release-candidate form.
